I drove 6 hours to purchase a vehicle from Kopren Motors. Great customer service and friendly staff. I ended up buying a different vehicle than I originally intended. Made the 6 hour drove back home with no issues. Also, came with a lifetime engine warranty. If you live in ND Kopren Motors is worth the drive. Save some money and deal with good people.

This is the only place I’ll ever recommend buying a car. I bought mine almost a year ago now and not only was that experience great, every encounter with them since has been as well. The customer service and support I’ve received has been amazing. I even stopped about 6 months after I got the car because I was having trouble changing my plates, and they were more than happy to help me with it. If you want a place you can rely on and who will go out of their way, look no further.

Great experience, the lady here actually cared about helping us rather than selling us a car as fast as possible, we got the opportunity to test drive and weigh out all the factors. We initially went to liberty Mazda, where the experience was not only less pleasant but kind of the stereotypical car sales experience where the dealer is trying to make as much profit as possible over customer satisfaction. Highly recommend.

Sean was great to work with! Never applied any pressure to buy. When my wife couldn't get there with me until a few hrs later, he held the car until we could both get there. Then, they stayed late on a Saturday to make sure the paperwork got done. Since the purchase, they have been great at communicating what was going on with paperwork for the bank and courthouse. I will shop there again for a used car. Thank you all!

Excellent buying experience. They had the car I wanted, we did paperwork, and I was out the door in less than an hour. Got a good warranty, and some minor details fixed on the car in the deal. Shawn was an excellent salesman and a fellow military veteran. The finance lady was very helpful also and knowledgeable about what I was trying to do. Great no BS buying experience. The car was already priced at what I thought was a fair price...lower than book. I got the car,helped a fellow veteran make some money, and supported a local business. Nothing but positive feelings about the experience.

I had an amazing experience at Kopren Motors. After having my car for 15 years; it just gave up on me. I was pretty stressed out about having to get a new car. I found a vehicle I absolutely loved, test drove it and knew it was the vehicle for me. I worked with Shawn Williams through the whole experience. He made me feel way less stressed about the getting a new vehicle deal. He was very patient and super helpful and was outstanding with explaining things to me. Shawn exceeded my expectations of an Automotive Consultant and would definitely work with him again. Not only was he very helpful during the vehicle financing part but also helpful with several other vehicle related questions I had after I left with my new vehicle. Extremely impressed with all aspects of doing business with Kopren Motors! I had been looking for about 6 months for a vehicle, and after going to many dealerships I can honestly say that they had the best service. I worked with Teegan, and would recommend him to anyone. Not only did I get the perfect vehicle for what I was needing... But they went out of their way to ensure that all of my requests were met (even down to the weather-tech floor mats!) I was able to get the vehicle at a very good price, better than I would have been able to get it anywhere else - that's for sure. They went out of their way to make sure that we were 100% satisfied with what we were buying and even went as far as to let us use a loaner vehicle while they fixed one thing that we requested... Which was done weeks sooner than I had originally anticipated. The vehicle is great, and I am happy that we are able to find it... But what was really exceptional was the service that we received. Every single individual inside that building has their customers best interest at the center of what they do, and the environment in there is the type of personable and "small-town/locally owned" feel that most places don't have anymore these days.

Locally owned, award-winning dealership with high-quality used vehicles. I've bought two Jeeps here, and send everyone I know to them. They also offer finance through big banks or small credit unions. And they have their own shop, where you can get super good deals on maintenance. If you're in the Black Hills area, I don't know why you'd want to go anywhere else!
